Cindy Carroll joined RWA in 1992. Since then she has served as vice-president and treasurer for her local chapter as well as contest coordinator for her local chapter's contest. She teaches an online workshop on the difference between writing books and screenplays based on her popular 8 part article series - Is That Hollywood Calling.
She has written two teleplays that both garnered an honorable mention in the 76th Annual Writer's Digest Writing Competition in the
screenplay category. And she has a feature length screenplay being reviewed by a production company.
