Jennifer Miller has spent the past 5 years working for the national news & doing magazine stories for The Today Show, 60 Minutes, Good Morning America, Dateline, Oprah & numerous others.
She finished her first feature film Cajun Fried Rice, a romantic comedy without the romance, in 2007. It’s the last indie feature shot in New Orleans before Hurricane Katrina destroyed most of the city. She has written several other scripts; most recently she was hired by Debdoot Das of DigiFilm to write, 98 Miles to Havana.
She has spent the last 10 years gaining life & writing experience in New Orleans, the murder capitol of the world, but hey, they also make really great beignets! A perfect place for any aspiring writer; many bars are open all night!
She is currently writing a new script, Your Trailer or Mine & is working in development for New Orleans Film & Television.
