SCRIPTSCENE/RWA
CONTEST COORDINATOR
LESLIE ANN SARTOR

Leslie Ann Sartor started writing mere minutes after she finished a particularly bad book, tossed it against the wall and uttered I can write better than that.

Working first with the antique instruments of paper and pen, she moved to an equally antique computer that was strictly DOS. That would have been enough to stop any writer.

Moving from novels to scripts has been challenging and rewarding. Leslie truly believes she has found her niche, though she misses the using the wonderful plethora of words that she could use when writing a novel.

Leslie has a BA from the University of Colorado, Boulder and has indefinitely postponed finishing her MBA from the University of Hawaii.

She owned a business, Silverworks, Ltd., in Boulder for 17 years and is currently working at the First National Bank of Colorado on a part time basis.
